Care guide
Wash the cover in your machine with like colors in cold water with detergent – no bleach. Hang to dry. Wipe the memory foam insert with a damp cloth and pat to dry fully before putting back into the cover.

Returns
All pet bedding is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed back to the payment method used at checkout.

My 3 senior cats love a heated bed all year round. I am very happy with the Knead Therapeutic bed and it didn't take any time at all for all of them to adjust. It supports them in all the right places and the shape of the moulding suits all their joints and supports their heads. They love the heat boost feature too and have figured out now that if they look at me a meow I will switch it on for them. The only issue is that they are used to snuggling together when it is particularly cold so with 2-3 of them trying to squash on one bed it is a bit tricky. They have a heated dog mat which they all fit on but I can tell they prefer the profile of the Knead Therapeutic bed.

How does it warm up?
Knead Therapeutic Bed is designed to reach its cat-friendly temperature (40F) after a minute or two. Smart electronics detect and maintain this temperature to prevent any injury, which can be caused with higher temperatures. Place your hand on the mattress surface to feel the difference after 1-2 minutes to experience the warmth for yourself.
How do I turn on the heat?
- Press the button once to activate continuous heat mode: orange indicator light
- Press the button twice to activate the 4-hour heat mode: white indicator light
- Press the button three times to activate the 8-hour heating mode: blue indicator light· Press the button four times to turn the heat off
- Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, at any time, to enter the herbal therapy setting: red indicator light
How do I use self-heating herbal pads?
- The 30-minute herbal therapy heats The Bed to 45°C to help improve blood circulation and reduce arthritis pain.
- Affix the sticky herbal pads on the back of the mattress cover on the designated circles by turning the mattress cover inside out.
- Remove the herbal pads after every use
How do I wash and care for Knead Therapeutic Bed?
- The cover is fully washable and will remain in perfect condition for about 40 washes.
- Unzip the outer cover, and wash in a laundry bag in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Line dry.
- Do NOT tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.The foam mattress is water-resistant and can be wiped with a wet cloth.
