I never leave reviews, but this bed deserves one. I’ve bought cat trees and towers my cats ignore, yet all three are obsessed with the Knead Cats therapeutic bed. They actually wrestle for it. The soft, supportive shape makes them melt into it and you can see them relax the second they settle. My orange cat tries to claim it as his throne while the other two take turns easing him out. It hits that sweet spot of comfort and security and has become the clear favorite in my house.
If you’re on the fence, just do it! And if you have multiple cats, get more than one or you’ll be breaking up cuddle fights all day.

Wow… I honestly wished my cats didn’t like this bed that much given the price but they compete for this bed… three of my cats alternate using this bed, one is 15+ and terribly arthritic and she spends at least 6-8 hours on this bed at any given time. I wish Knead gave discounts for multi-cat households because I think I need to get a second bed 😅.

My 6-year-old cat loves this heated bed! I wanted to spoil her since she’s my only child, and it turned out to be the perfect gift. It took about a week for her to warm up to it, so I built a little fort of pillows and blankets around it to help her adjust. Now she won’t get off—unless it’s time to eat, of course. Highly recommend this bed to any cat owner! Cute and cozy. Love it!

How does it warm up?
Knead Therapeutic Bed is designed to reach its cat-friendly temperature (104F) after a minute or two. Smart electronics detect and maintain this temperature to prevent any injury, which can be caused with higher temperatures. Place your hand on the mattress surface to feel the difference after 1-2 minutes to experience the warmth for yourself.
How do I turn on the heat?
- Press the button once to activate continuous heat mode: orange indicator light
- Press the button twice to activate the 4-hour heat mode: white indicator light
- Press the button three times to activate the 8-hour heating mode: blue indicator light
- Press the button four times to turn the heat off
- Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, at any time, to enter the herbal therapy setting: red indicator light
How do I use self-heating herbal pads?
- The 30-minute herbal therapy heats The Bed to 113F to help improve blood circulation and reduce arthritis pain.
- Affix the sticky herbal pads on the back of the mattress cover on the designated circles by turning the mattress cover inside out.
- Remove the herbal pads after every use
How do I wash and care for Knead Therapeutic Bed?
- The cover is fully washable and will remain in perfect condition for about 40 washes.
- Unzip the outer cover, and wash in a laundry bag in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Line dry.
- Do NOT tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.The foam mattress is water-resistant and can be wiped with a wet cloth.
