Order Cancellation
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You’re welcome to return the item for a refund after delivery. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received.
Pre-orders may be canceled free of charge before they ship by using the link in your confirmation email or contacting us at hello@kneadcats.com.
