Return Policy: All pet bedding can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase provided the product is in its original condition. Please ensure that the item is returned in the original plastic poly mailer bag it was shipped in to. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

I was skeptical. My cats proved me wrong. The first two days they would smell and touch the bed. Third day my four year old 7 lb Somali, was born with a bad leg, decided it was hers. She now curls up in ways I’ve never seen before, and now hangs her head and a leg over the low spots.
My second cat, five years old and healthy 10 lb tuxedo, discovered she loved the bed too. So, it’s treated like a revolving door. I now have a second bed on its way. Everything about the bed is high quality; easy to care for; the perfect heat level for cats; and, for me, the size is perfect. I live small. Lots of cat beds too wide. I was delighted to see it fit perfectly.
I can’t thank Kneads enough for designing an orthopedic bed that does help cats to feel some relief from arthritis and other health related pain and that fits well in any environment.

When I ordered this bed I was expecting it to be met with disdain by our two cats. I was sure that the box it came in would receive more of their attention than the actual bed. I cannot tell you how surprised/shocked I was to see them immediately hop on and settle in. The box received no attention whatsoever. This bed is now their favorite sleeping spot. They are in it when I go to sleep, and still there when I wake up in the morning. Amazing. I initially ordered only one bed (because I knew they wouldn’t like it…), of course, I immediately ordered another bed so they could each have one. I really have no idea how this bed works its magic - I’m just glad that it does.

We partnered with vets and veterinary behaviorists to develop Knead Therapeutic Bed to provide warmth, joint support and holistic sleep wellbeing to improve the quality of life for cats with arthritis.
What makes Knead Therapeutic Bed different than other cat beds?
Our bed is made by cat experts who strive to relieve the symptoms of arthritis in cats and improve their quality of life. OrthoShape to conforms cat’s bodies and contour their common sleeping postures, so they feel secure and relaxed. Human grade, high-density memory foam cradles and provides orthopedic support and relieves pressure on arthritic joints. How does it warm up?
Knead Therapeutic Bed is designed to reach its cat-friendly temperature (104F) after a minute or two. Smart electronics detect and maintain this temperature to prevent any injury, which can be caused with higher temperatures. Place your hand on the mattress surface to feel the difference after 1-2 minutes to experience the warmth for yourself.
How do I turn on the heat?
- Press the button once to activate continuous heat mode: orange indicator light
- Press the button twice to activate the 4-hour heat mode: white indicator light
- Press the button three times to activate the 8-hour heating mode: blue indicator light
- Press the button four times to turn the heat off
- Press and hold the button for 3 seconds, at any time, to enter the herbal therapy setting: red indicator light
How do I use self-heating herbal pads?
- The 30-minute herbal therapy heats The Bed to 113F to help improve blood circulation and reduce arthritis pain.
- Affix the sticky herbal pads on the back of the mattress cover on the designated circles by turning the mattress cover inside out.
- Remove the herbal pads after every use
How do I wash and care for Knead Therapeutic Bed?
- The cover is fully washable and will remain in perfect condition for about 40 washes.
- Unzip the outer cover, and wash in a laundry bag in cold water on a gentle cycle.
- Line dry.
- Do NOT tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.The foam mattress is water-resistant and can be wiped with a wet cloth.
