Is my payment information secure?
Yes. We use secure, encrypted payment gateways and industry best practices to ensure your sensitive information remains confidential. KneadCats does not store your full payment details — only the payment provider securely holds that data.
Can I change the payment method after placing my order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, we cannot alter the payment method. If you need a different method, the order will need to be cancelled (if eligible) and re-placed.
Do you offer a price match?
Yes — KneadCats offers a 15-day price match guarantee.
Here’s how it works:
- Timeframe: You can request a one-time price match within 15 days of your purchase date.
- How to request: Email hello@kneadcats.com with your order number and a screenshot of the advertised lower price.
- One Discount Rule: If you use a discount code at checkout, you can choose either the discount or the price match — not both.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and varies by your shipping address. Any applicable tax will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I modify my order or shipping address after confirmation?
We know mistakes happen! If you spot an error after placing your order, email hello@kneadcats.com immediately.
While changes aren’t guaranteed (especially if your order has already been packed or shipped), we’ll do our best to assist.
Note: Address changes to a different state or tax jurisdiction may result in a tax difference. We’ll send you an invoice for any balance before shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can request a cancellation by emailing
hello@kneadcats.com. Once an order has been shipped or a tracking number is issued, it cannot be cancelled.
What shipping options are available within the U.S.?
We ship to the contiguous United States only (no shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time).
- Standard Shipping: FREE (1–5 business days after dispatch)
- Expedited Shipping: $7.00 (2–4 business days)
- Priority Shipping: $10.00 (1–2 business days)
- Orders over $300: Free expedited shipping
Remote ZIP codes: $4.99 fee may apply
If returned, any shipping fees are deducted from your refund.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link. Click the link anytime to see real-time updates on your package’s location and estimated delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, KneadCats ships only within the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified if international shipping becomes available.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure delivery by December 24:
- Standard: Order by December 15
- Expedited: Order by December 18
- Priority: Order by December 19

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return your KneadCats products within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, minus a $15 restocking & processing fee.
Returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Clean and free from excessive pet hair or odors
- In original packaging box and securely wrapped to protect it from weather or transit damage.
How do I initiate a return?
Email hello@kneadcats.com with:
- Your order number
- A picture of the bed with the original packaging
- Reason for return
Our team will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 - 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Warranty
What is your warranty coverage?
KneadCats offers a one-time, limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
What’s covered?
- Faulty electric components
- Manufacturing or assembly defects
What’s not covered?
- Damage from misuse or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by pets chewing or scratching
- Acts of nature (flood, fire, etc.)
- Modifications to the product
How do I make a warranty claim?

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the defect
Once approved, we’ll offer either a part replacement, full replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

What is the Knead Therapeutic Cat Bed?
The Knead Therapeutic Cat Bed is designed specifically for cats with arthritis, mobility issues, or those who simply love warmth and comfort.
It combines slow-rebound memory foam for joint support with gentle heat therapy to:
- Relieve arthritis pain and reduce joint pressure
- Support natural, comfortable sleeping positions
- Improve circulation and reduce inflammation
- Relax tight muscles and promote deep, restorative sleep
This helps boost your cat’s natural healing, recovery, and overall vitality
Why memory foam?
We use high-density memory foam because it cushions sore joints and provides unmatched comfort. Memory foam naturally responds to your cat’s body heat, contouring to warmer, inflamed areas to relieve pressure instantly and keep your cat supported without collapse.
How does the heating system work?
The bed warms to a safe cat-friendly 104°F (40°C) within 3 - 4 minutes, with smart controls to prevent overheating.
Settings:
- 4-Hour Heating Mode (Red Indicator): Press the button once: The bed will heat to 104°F (40°C) and auto shut-off after 4 hours.
- 8-Hour Heating Mode (Blue Indicator): Press the button twice: The bed will heat to 104°F (40°C) and auto shut-off after 8 hours.
- Therapy mode (Green Indicator): The 30-minute herbal therapy mode gently heats to 113°F (45°C). When used with the included herbal pads, it delivers targeted warmth to promote blood circulation and relieve arthritis-related discomfort.
Press and hold the button at any time until the green light appears. After 30 minutes, the system will automatically switch to the 4-hour heating mode (red light). - Power Off: Press the button three times.
Is it safe?
Yes. The Knead Bed is free from harmful chemicals, passes safety standards, and features smart temperature control.
What are the self-heating herbal pads?
Herbal pads provide targeted therapy for sore joints.
- Peel and stick directly onto the cover.
- Place under hips, knees, elbows, or shoulders.
- Each pad lasts up to 4 hours.
- Use 3–5 pads per session. Discard after use.
- Do not puncture or tear pads
Will my cat overheat?
No. The foam base and heating system are designed to regulate temperature, promote
airflow, and provide gentle therapeutic warmth - never too hot.
Where is it made?
The Knead Therapeutic Cat Bed is designed in New York, co-developed with veterinarians, and responsibly manufactured in China.
What if my cat doesn’t like it?
We’re confident your cat will love their Knead Bed. But if not, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee: return it within 30 days from the date of purchase to get your refund (minus a $15 processing fee). Just email hello@kneadcats.com with your order number and our customer experience team will help you with the return process.
Cleaning & Care
Cleaning Instructions
Cover:
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Line dry. Use a lint roller to remove hair and debris.
Heating Film:
Do NOT machine wash. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT tumble dry.
Critical: Avoid using chemical solvents.
Specifically, do not use:
- Aromatic Hydrocarbon Solvents
- Ester/Ketone Solvents
- Alcohol Solvents
Foam:
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.
Power Cord & Cables:
Please keep the cord out of your cat’s reach, as chewing may damage the wire and could be unsafe for your pet.
General Tips
- Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling or plugging the bed back in.
- Regularly inspect the power cord and heating pad for any signs of damage. If any part is damaged, stop using the product immediately
