I have 3 cats and one with athritus in his back leg. I was so impressed when I opened the cat bed and build of it. I got the larger one due to having cats who like to cuddle together. The moment I opened it they were already using it. I did sprinkle cat nip on it just in case.I really wish I would of got 2 right away. My cat (10 years old) who has athritus, I noticed he has been playing more like he used to. I will definitely be buying another and I highly recommend the heated one

I was a little worried about purchasing this bed at first because of the cost. I didn’t want to buy it and then have my cat just ignore it. But he’s been sleeping on it every day since I’ve bought it. It’s hard to know for sure if the therapeutic aspects are working, but I do know he’s very much enjoying his new fancy bed.

My 10 year old tuxedo is always cold and sits on the cable box for warmth. In summer He sleeps in a room where we minimize the AC. In winter we give him a heating pad but it's not really safe.
When I read about Knead, it sounded like a great product so I ordered one.
My Kingsley started sleeping on it within one day and I haven't even plugged it in yet. This is now his favorite spot to spend the day because it is so comfy.

My girl is about 14 years old and has some arthritis. I got this bed hoping it would give her some relief. She is extremely skittish and is very hesitant about anything new. But I figured we would try the bed anyway. I put it next to where I sit on the sofa. At first, I left it there with it's cover only and nothing over it. My cat generally sits on my lap on the sofa. She didn't seem interested in the pillow at first. But then I covered it with one of my "scented" bathrobes. That changed it and she was right on it. Now when she is not laying with me in bed, or on my lap on the sofa, I find her on the pillow. She looks very comfortable. It's too warm now (at least for me) to turn on the heat, so that will only be an added benefit as the weather cools. I have not tried the therapeutic pads yet, but maybe in a while. Overall, it was a good investment.

How does it warm up?
Knead Therapeutic Bed is designed to reach its cat-friendly temperature (104F) after a minute or two. Smart electronics detect and maintain this temperature to prevent any injury, which can be caused with higher temperatures. Place your hand on the mattress surface to feel the difference after 3-4 minutes to experience the warmth for yourself.
How do I turn on the heat?
The bed warms to a safe cat-friendly 104°F (40°C) within 3 - 4 minutes, with smart controls to prevent overheating.Settings:
- 4-Hour Heating Mode (Red Indicator): Press the button once: The bed will heat to 104°F (40°C) and auto shut-off after 4 hours.
- 8-Hour Heating Mode (Blue Indicator): Press the button twice: The bed will heat to 104°F (40°C) and auto shut-off after 8 hours.
- Therapy mode (Green Indicator): The 30-minute herbal therapy mode gently heats to 113°F (45°C). When used with the included herbal pads, it delivers targeted warmth to promote blood circulation and relieve arthritis-related discomfort.
Press and hold the button at any time until the green light appears. After 30 minutes, the system will automatically switch to the 4-hour heating mode (red light).
- Power Off: Press the button three times.
How do I use self-heating herbal pads?
- The 30-minute herbal therapy heats The Bed to 113F to help improve blood circulation and reduce arthritis pain.
- Affix the sticky herbal pads on the back of the mattress cover on the designated circles by turning the mattress cover inside out.
- Remove the herbal pads after every use
How do I clean and care for Knead Therapeutic Bed?
Cover: Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle in a laundry bag. Line dry. Use a lint roller to remove hair and debris.
Heating Film: Do NOT machine wash. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth. Do NOT tumble dry.
Critical: Avoid using chemical solvents. Specifically, do not use:
- Aromatic Hydrocarbon Solvents
- Ester/Ketone Solvents
- Alcohol Solvents
Memory Foam: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or dry clean.
Power Cord & Cables: Please keep the cord out of your cat’s reach, as chewing may damage the wire and could be unsafe for your pet.
General Tips:
- Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling or plugging the bed back in.
- Regularly inspect the power cord and heating pad for any signs of damage. If any part is damaged, stop using the product immediately.
